Web Bill Pay & Debit/Credit Card Payments
We accept web bill pay as well as debit/credit card payments. Come into the office to pay your bill or go online. There is a minimum fee to use this service.

The Village of Forrest has 2 cubic yard dumpsters for rental to Forrest Residents living inside city limits. Rental fee is $20.00 per dump minimum and $35.00 per dump minimum for shingles/building projects; contact Lori in the office to fill out the rental agreement.
Register your golf carts during Village office hours Monday–Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. You will need to bring golf cart and proof of insurance with you.

The Village Board meets on the second Monday of each month at 323 S Williams St (Old Catholic Church). Meeting dates are posted at the Village office, the Community Board at the Library and the Post Office. Upcoming dates:

The Village of Forrest, Illinois is located at the junction of US Route 24 and Illinois Route 47. Forrest was named in honor of a Mr. Forrest of New York City, the business partner of Mr. Frost, President of the T.P.W. Railroad at the time of incorporation in 1890.
