Web Bill Pay & Debit/Credit Card Payments
We accept web bill pay as well as debit/credit card payments. Come into the office to pay your bill or go online. There is a minimum fee to use this service.
www.allpaid.com , Use Pay Location Code # a000za. *As of Jan 2021, this is a new payment service, but the pay location code remains the same; enter it into "What are you paying and where?" and click on "Get Started".

The Village Board meets on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 PM (unless otherwise noted) at 323 S Williams St. Meeting dates are posted at the Village office.

Snow Removal
As winter approaches, we ask that you please move vehicles when snow is expected.
Garbage Pickup
Garbage pickup is every Tuesday. Please ensure it is out by 5:00 a.m. for pickup. If you have furniture to dispose of, please get in touch with the office at 815-657-8226 to arrange for furniture bags. Furniture not in bags will not get picked up.
Water/Sewer Emergency

Dumpster Rentals
The Village of Forrest has 2 cubic yard dumpsters for rental to Forrest Residents living inside city limits. Rental fee is $25.00 per dump minimum and $40.00 per dump minimum for shingles/building projects; contact Lori in the office to fill out the rental agreement.

The Village of Forrest, Illinois is located at the junction of US Route 24 and Illinois Route 47. Forrest was named in honor of a Mr. Forrest of New York City, the business partner of Mr. Frost, President of the T.P.W. Railroad at the time of incorporation in 1890.
