Village Services (Water, Sewer, Garbage) Schedule of Charges
Approved April 29, 2026
EFFECTIVE June billing cycle

Water Service:

• First 1000 Gals - $11.00 (minimum charge changed from $10.00 to $11.00)
• Over 1000 Gals - $7.50 per 1000 Gals (minimum charge changed from $5.50 to $7.50)

Sewer Service:

• First 1000 Gals - $12.00 (charge changed from $11.00 to $12.00)
• Over 1000 Gals - $10.00 per 1000 Gals (minimum charge changed from $9.00 to $10.00)

Garbage Service:

• Residential - $19.50 per month (was $18.00)
• Business - $40.00 per Dump (was $20.00)
• Dumpster Rental Fee - $40.00 (was $25.00/dump)
• Dumpster Rental Fee for Building Materials or overweight - $50.00 per Dump (was $40.00 per dump)
• Weekend Delivery or Dump - $100.00 (new fee)

Infrastructure: $12.00 per month (was $15.00)

Late Payment Penalty: $10.00 per month

Furniture Disposal: (New Fee) $25.00 per item for disposal of furniture if it is not in a furniture bag. *Furniture = mattress, couch, chair, etc.
